Important information

This page describes FineME and its general principles. It does not replace the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy or Community Guidelines. If they differ, the applicable documents and laws prevail. Nothing here restricts rights protected by law.

02

03

Privacy & choice

Audience controls, privacy choices and user rights are part of the experience.

04

Safety & accountability

Reporting, moderation and enforcement address prohibited content and behavior.

1. FineME’s role

FineME provides tools to publish, find, store, display and interact with content and services. Much of the content is created by users, community owners, creators, sellers, advertisers or third parties rather than by FineME.

An appearance in feeds, search or ads is not an endorsement of accuracy, safety or quality. Rankings and recommendations may change. Check sources and assess risks before relying on information.

2. User content and responsibilities

Users generally keep the rights to content they create and grant FineME the permissions needed to provide the service in line with the Terms and audience settings. Upload only content you are entitled to use.

You are responsible for your posts, communications and transactions. Fraud, impersonation, harassment, rights violations, unsafe disclosure, spam, malware and evasion of security measures are prohibited. Some backups or legally required records may remain after public deletion.

3. Moderation and safety

FineME may investigate reports and take proportionate action, including limiting visibility or features, removing content, restricting transactions or suspending accounts. Context, severity, history and risks may be considered.

Community rules must follow FineME policies. We cannot guarantee detection of every violation before it is seen. Information may be retained or shared where lawfully necessary for compliance, fraud prevention or safety. Report concerns; do not retaliate or expose others’ private information.

4. Situations and local information

FineME may display member reports, news or third-party situation data. These may be late, incomplete, changing or inaccurate, and should not be treated as official alerts.

Verify disaster, flood, weather, emergency, traffic and safety information with the responsible authorities. In emergencies, contact official emergency services directly. User opinions on finance, health, law or other professions are not FineME expert advice.

5. Marketplace, ads and paid services

FineME may host products, services, affiliate links, creator support, memberships and advertisements. Commercial information should be clearly identified when required.

Sellers and advertisers remain responsible for product claims, price, stock, delivery, warranties and returns unless FineME explicitly states it is the seller. Third-party payments do not imply endorsements. Check prices, taxes, fees and revenue-sharing conditions. Earnings or reach are not guaranteed.

6. Personal data and privacy

FineME processes data to operate services, protect accounts, show content under audience settings, improve the experience and support transactions, as described in its Privacy Policy.

Review privacy settings before sharing sensitive data. Never publish passwords, verification codes or payment details unnecessarily. Public content may be seen or shared by others. Payments and media providers may process information under applicable agreements and law.

7. Intellectual property and rights

FineME respects copyright, trademarks, image rights, reputation, privacy and other legal rights. Share material only where you have the required rights and do not misuse names, logos or other people’s work.

If your rights may have been violated, use the reporting tools or published channels with enough information for review. False or abusive reports may lead to restrictions.

8. Availability and external services

FineME aims to be reliable and secure, but services can be interrupted or altered by maintenance, networks, devices, third-party providers or circumstances outside our control.

Features may change subject to legal notification duties and user rights. External websites have their own policies. Protect your account and report suspected unauthorized access. Features and legal restrictions may vary by region.

9. Minors and appropriate use

Minors should use FineME according to applicable laws, service terms and suitable guardian guidance. Some features, content, contact methods or transactions may be restricted to protect younger users.

Safety measures may differ by age, region and legal requirements.

10. Documents to read together

Please also review the documents below for details of your rights, responsibilities, data use and platform rules, especially before posting content, buying services, advertising or using monetization features.

FineME may update this overview. Material changes affecting users’ rights or responsibilities should be reflected in the relevant documents as required by law.
