Terms of Service — FineME
These terms govern access to FineME, including feeds, communities, videos, chats, Marketplace, advertising, Creator tools, payments and related services. Please read them together with the Privacy Policy and Community Standards.
Version 2026-10-06 · Effective 6 October 20261. Acceptance and scope
By registering, accessing or using FineME, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Community Standards and any service-specific conditions disclosed before use. Specific terms govern their respective services where necessary. Nothing here removes non-waivable rights granted by applicable law.
2. Eligibility and minors
You must meet the age and legal capacity requirements applicable to the service, or have any legally required consent from a guardian. Do not misrepresent age or status to bypass safeguards, payment rules or legal restrictions.
3. Accounts and security
Provide reasonably accurate account information and do not impersonate others. Protect your password, devices and verification methods; report suspected unauthorized access. Do not sell, rent or transfer accounts to evade rules or mislead others. Responsibility for account activity applies only to the extent permitted by law.
4. Content and user rights
You retain the rights you hold in your posts, pictures, videos and files. You grant FineME a non-exclusive license limited to what is needed to host, back up, process, format, display, distribute, rank, translate and technically reproduce content in accordance with your audience settings. The license ends when content is removed from live systems, subject to reasonable backups, safety records, disputes and legal retention duties. You must have the necessary rights to upload music, images, trademarks, personal information and other material. Public content may be viewed, linked to or shared by others.
5. Moderation, reports and enforcement
FineME may review reports or automated signals and reduce reach, restrict visibility or features, remove content, pause transactions or suspend accounts depending on severity, repeated violations, user risk and law. Evidence may be retained as needed for safety, legal obligations or disputes. Review and appeal channels may be provided where appropriate.
6. Situations, news and community information
Situation reports, news, investment, health, legal opinions and other member or third-party material are not automatically official FineME statements. In emergencies, verify information and follow the responsible public authorities.
7. Marketplace and payments
Sellers are responsible for truthful listings, price, stock, delivery, warranties, licenses, tax and applicable law. FineME may provide a listing or transaction platform without being a party to every sale unless clearly stated. Payment, shipping and outside providers have their own terms. Key prices, fees, renewal, refund conditions and benefits should be reviewed before purchase. Suspicious or unlawful transactions may be paused or investigated without removing mandatory consumer rights.
8. Ads, affiliates, Creator Pro and earnings
Advertising, sponsored content and affiliate relationships should be disclosed appropriately. Advertisers and creators are responsible for claims, rights, disclosures and applicable law. FineME does not guarantee reach, sales or income unless separately agreed in writing. Creator Pro and revenue programs may have eligibility rules, fees, tax deductions, review requirements and payout holds for disputes or abuse; program details form part of the relevant conditions.
9. Third-party services
FineME may link to providers of storage, payments, maps, news, advertising and other services. Their own policies may apply; FineME does not control all third-party content or availability.
10. Prohibited use and security
Do not gain unauthorized access, disrupt services, bypass security protections, distribute malware, harvest data contrary to restrictions, manipulate metrics, spam or test vulnerabilities without explicit permission.
11. FineME intellectual property
FineME names, branding, design, code and other owned or licensed materials are protected. Use of the platform does not transfer these rights or authorize misuse of marks.
12. Service availability and liability
FineME works to maintain safety and availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or the accuracy of all member material. Back up important data and verify critical claims. Liability is determined under applicable law and does not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be waived.
13. Changes, suspension and termination
Features may be changed or discontinued for safety, operational or legal reasons. Accounts may be restricted for justified rule violations. You may stop using the service and use available tools to manage or delete your account, subject to legal conditions.
14. Changes to these Terms
FineME may revise the Terms when services, law or risks change and may notify users of material changes, or request renewed acceptance where appropriate. Continued use may indicate acceptance only where law allows.
15. Law, disputes and severability
Disputes are governed by applicable law and jurisdiction without overriding mandatory consumer protections. If a provision is unenforceable, the other provisions remain effective to the extent possible.
The Privacy Policy and Community Standards should be read together with these Terms.
