Privacy Policy — FineME

This policy describes the personal data FineME may collect, how it is used, shared and retained, and the choices and rights available to users. We aim to minimize collection and protect data according to risk.

Version 2026-10-06.1 · Effective 6 October 2026

1. Scope and roles

This policy covers personal data handled by services controlled by FineME. Independent payment, delivery or external website operators may also apply their own privacy policies for their processing.

2. Data we may collect

Account information includes username, email, country, language, settings, signup and verification details. Profile and network data may include photos, bios, follows, friends, communities and permissions. Content includes posts, media, files, comments, reactions, polls, reports and messages. Commerce information may include listings, orders, Creator Pro eligibility, advertising, earnings and payment status; card details may be handled directly by payment providers. Usage data may include views, searches, video watches, clicks and recommendation signals. Device and security data may include IP address, browser, device type, session/cookies and logs. Necessary and authorized data may also come from connected service providers or public sources.

3. Purposes of use

We use data to provide accounts, profiles, communities, chat, content and requested tools; rank, recommend, find or deliver content according to settings; operate commerce, ads, Creator programs and payments; prevent fraud, spam, unsafe access and rule violations; respond to reports and disputes; improve products and performance; and meet legal, accounting and tax duties.

4. Legal bases

Processing relies on applicable lawful grounds, such as performing a contract, meeting legal duties, legitimate interests balanced against user rights, protecting safety and preventing fraud, or consent when required. Consent may be withdrawn through supported channels without making prior lawful processing unlawful.

5. Public content and audience controls

Information you make public may be seen, searched, shared or indexed by others subject to visibility controls. Changing settings cannot necessarily recall copies already downloaded or shared outside FineME.

6. Sharing and disclosure

Necessary data may be shared with hosting/CDN, storage, email, payment, analytics, security and other processors under appropriate purposes, or as directed by you, for a transaction, lawful business change, or legal requirement. FineME does not sell private conversations or personal data to advertisers for direct access. Ads may use contextual or permitted usage signals.

7. International processing

Providers may process data in other countries. FineME applies appropriate safeguards under applicable law, including contractual protections, access limits and security controls where required.

8. Cookies and sessions

Cookies or storage support login, security, language choices, preferences and site functions. Additional technologies may support permitted analytics. Disabling essential cookies may prevent login or certain features.

9. Retention periods

Information is retained as needed for account operation, transactions, security, backups, anti-fraud measures, disputes, tax, accounting and legal duties. Retention varies by category. Data is deleted, de-identified or restricted when no longer needed.

10. Your rights and choices

Depending on applicable law and exceptions, you may request access, copies, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent or regulatory review. Identity verification may be required. Requests may be limited where law, other people’s rights, fraud prevention or retention duties require. Use privacy/account settings or official support channels.

11. Security and incidents

We use proportionate technical and organizational security, including password hashing, access controls, rate limits, logs and encryption in transit where supported. No system is perfectly secure. Incidents are assessed, contained and notified as required by law.

12. Minors

FineME prioritizes the safety of minors. Legally required guardian consent or oversight may apply. Features or accounts may be restricted where age details are incorrect or minors face a safety risk.

13. Policy changes

FineME may update this policy as features, providers, law or processing change. Material changes may be notified through the platform or require new acceptance as appropriate.

14. Contact and privacy requests

For data requests or privacy concerns, use the support/contact channels shown on FineME. Supply enough information to verify the request, but do not send passwords or unnecessary payment details.
