Community Standards — FineME
These standards apply to posts, videos, photos, comments, profiles, communities, messages, Marketplace, ads, links, files and other FineME spaces. They aim to make discussion possible without unreasonable risk to others.
Version 2026-10-06 · Effective 6 October 20261. Principles
FineME considers context, intent, seriousness, foreseeable harm, public interest and violation history, not only isolated words or images. Public and private spaces may be reviewed when properly reported or where lawful safety reasons exist.
2. Illegal or dangerous activity
Do not coordinate, sell, facilitate or promote illegal activities or serious harm to people, property or public safety, or provide guidance intended to bypass safety controls or law enforcement.
3. Violence and threats
No credible threats, glorification or encouragement of violence against people or groups, or use of violent imagery to intimidate. Contextual reporting, education and public-interest discussion may be allowed where they do not promote harm.
4. Harassment, bullying and hate
Do not repeatedly harass, threaten, organize attacks or target people based on protected characteristics. Criticism of ideas, organizations and public figures is allowed, but threats and harmful harassment are not.
5. Safety of minors
No exploitation, grooming, sexual harassment or trafficking involving minors, nor sharing material exploiting children. FineME may act urgently, retain evidence or notify authorities as required by law.
6. Sexual content and exploitation
No coercion, trafficking, exploitation, nonconsensual private images or voyeurism. Other content may be restricted under applicable age or legal requirements.
7. Fraud, impersonation and deception
Do not steal money, property, passwords or personal data; impersonate people or organizations to cause harm; or fabricate reviews, engagement, evidence or transactions.
8. Privacy and personal data
Do not expose sensitive personal data, credentials, confidential records or information used to stalk or harass without legitimate grounds. Public-interest reporting must consider necessity and impact.
9. Self-harm and harmful behavior
Do not encourage, praise or recruit others into self-harm, dangerous eating practices or seriously risky activities. Supportive, recovery-oriented and educational content may be allowed if it does not provide harmful instructions.
10. Spam, phishing, malware and attacks
Do not mass-spam, manipulate metrics, deceive users into visiting malicious links or revealing information, install harmful code, scrape without authorization or access systems without permission.
11. Intellectual property
Share work you created, have permission to use or are otherwise entitled to distribute. Infringing copyrighted works, trademarks or others’ rights may be removed following adequate reports.
12. Authenticity, news and situations
Do not forge official evidence or imagery or dangerously falsify emergency information. Disclose AI-generated or altered media when nondisclosure would materially mislead about real events or persons.
13. Health, finance and legal claims
Do not deceive, promise unverifiable outcomes or impersonate professionals to exploit others. Separate personal opinion from professional advice and follow licensing and legal rules.
14. Marketplace and regulated goods
Do not offer prohibited goods or services. Age-restricted or licensed goods must meet law and FineME requirements. Sellers must disclose truthful prices, condition, important terms and restrictions.
15. Ads, sponsors and affiliates
Disclose commercial relationships where appropriate. Do not advertise illegal products, use deceptive claims, conceal important conditions or bypass ad review.
16. Community-specific rules
Community owners may set stricter rules consistent with law and FineME standards. Removal from a community does not necessarily mean platform-wide suspension.
17. Enforcement
Depending on severity, recurrence, risk and history, actions may include warnings, lower distribution, disabled recommendations or monetization, messaging restrictions, removals, suspended transactions or accounts. Urgent restrictions may precede review for safety or legal reasons.
18. Reports, appeals and records
Users may report through in-product or official channels. FineME may request information and retain necessary records for reviews, appeals, repeat-abuse prevention or law. Good-faith reports do not guarantee removal; context and policies govern decisions.
19. Changes to standards
FineME may revise these standards as usage, technology, risks and law evolve and may publish material changes and new versions.
Review these standards together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
